【Shipping & Payment Policy】

■ Payment

• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards.

• Payment Timing: Payment is captured at the time of order confirmation.

• Order Total: The total amount at checkout includes the product price and shipping fees. Customs duties and taxes are NOT included.

■ International Delivery

All orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking.

• Delivery Timeline: Usually 5-7 working days after dispatch.

  • Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing or flight schedules.

• Shipping Fees: * China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea: 2,500 JPY

  • Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, India: 3,000 JPY

  • USA: 4,000 JPY

  • Canada: 4,500 JPY

  • Note: Shipping fees may fluctuate depending on the fuel surcharge at the time of purchase.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. We recommend providing your mobile number at checkout to receive SMS updates from the courier.

■ Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Please comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country/region.

• As customs policies vary by country, please contact your local customs office for detailed information.

■ Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience (e.g., "item not as imagined," "wrong size," or "accidental order").

• Defective or Damaged Items: We take great care in quality control, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of delivery.

• Process: Please attach photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or solution as soon as possible.

• Exclusions: Due to the nature of international shipping, we cannot offer refunds for reasons other than initial defects, damage, or loss during transit. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable even in the case of a return.
