Can I exchange or return products?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. We will only accept returns or exchanges for products that are defective, with shipping costs covered by our store. (In some cases, we may offer a refund.)

When will it be shipped?
We usually ship within 6 days of receiving your order.
Shipping
Shipping is 600 yen nationwide. Free shipping for purchases over 20,000 yen.
Will the block print products fade?
Color may fade due to friction or repeated washing. We recommend washing the item by itself or by hand. We recommend drying in the shade to maintain the color for a long time.
